2015 was pretty great. But we’re confident that 2016 in NYC is going to be even better. Here’s why:

1. It’s shaping up to be a mild winter

2. And even if it isn’t, winter in NYC is beautiful

3. Even if you don’t like winter, spring will come soon enough

4. The botanical gardens will be beautiful

5. Central Park will be beautiful

6. There are some awesome events going on

7. Bruce Springsteen is playing at Madison Square Garden in January

8. It will be a great year for Broadway

9. And off-Broadway

10. New exhibits are coming to all the big museums

11. You’ll have tons of new restaurants to try

12. Restaurant week is sure to be better than ever

13. There are also some big changes coming to the city

14. Free WiFi is going to be everywhere…EVERYWHERE

16. More skyscrapers are coming

17. The minimum wage is increasing

18. For everyone, including tipped workers

19. And commuters are going to start saving a lot of money

20. There will be new, awesome events on the Fever app

21. And of course, there are no shortage of parties to ring in the new year
