Five More Places To Bring A Hot Date

[Chris Goldberg]

Summer lovin’ is happening fast and you need places to bring your latest romantic interest! If you’re doing a weekday date, here are five ideas happening in the next few days, courtesy of our favorite event discovery app, Fever. Don’t worry—we won’t give away your secret.

1. Hotel Chantelle’s Tuesday Night Social

Here’s a chance to be super classy for an evening. The theme is the 1930’s, complete with period jazz and elegant cocktails. There’s no cost to attend, but if you purchase a ticket on Fever, you get a pre-paid discounted drink.

2. Live in the Village

If your date likes theater, check out this variety show at Under St. Marks Theater. It’s part performance, and part TED Talk. Performers will share the highs and lows of pursuing their dreams in New York City. Perhaps that’s something you can relate to!

3. Matinee Wednesday at Skyroom

If you’re looking for a more relaxed after-work environment, take your date to Skyroom for happy hour on Wednesday. There will be drink specials all night, and you can enjoy a gorgeous view of Manhattan. What could be more romantic?

4. Clueless in McCarren Park

This isn’t just a movie. It’s an outdoor screening with live music and food to start the evening—simple, but special. Come have a picnic and enjoy the 90’s classic, Clueless.

5. The Stand Comedy Club
