For the ultimate axe throwing experience that can cater to any kind of party, Kick Axe Throwing specializes in making space for any size party. Whether out with family and friends, coworkers, or even whole parties of celebrants, you’ll find a customized experience for your next competition. The best part of an adrenaline rush here though is the way the staff can turn you from a zero to an axe-throwing hero in just 10 to 15 minutes. If you’re in need of a reliable axe throwing spot in Brooklyn, Bury the Hatchet is yet another hot spot that lives up to its name. Whether you’re looking to let off some steam off or earn some bragging rights, this is the place to go. Sessions last two hours on your designated lane, and you’ll be guided through different games by the Bury the Hatchet trained professionals. Plus, with as many as 12 people allowed per lane, and the staff always eager to give you great game ideas to keep your competition fierce, you’ll never run out of ways to play.

Another spot we suggest for axe throwing in Brooklyn is Stumpy’s Hatchet House. Located on 34th Street in Sunset Park, Stumpy’s is one of the best places if you’re looking to have a private axe-throwing event or get-together. Stumpy’s is only available by reservation Monday – Wednesday, but is always happy to cater to your party’s needs. If you’re looking for a place to bring even the younger members of the family, Stumpy’s even has giant games that are kid-friendly (and sharp edge free), as well as a private party room.

6. Mad Axe, Bushwick
When love is in the air, Mad Axe can cater to even the cutest couples and their crews. While also offering birthday parties and team building, the best private events here may just be the ones where love is on the line. Max Axe specializing in spicing up your next date night or bachelor/bachelorette party! An interesting note on throwing here is that it’s available for anyone 18 or older – giving even the younger members of your family or friend group the chance to shine, where they may not get to elsewhere.

7. Axe Kicking Entertainment, Mineola (LI)
Our final pick is for all our axe-flinging friends in Queens. Even if you’re not in Brooklyn where most of the action happens, Axe Kicking Entertainment promises you won’t be left out of the fun. With games fit for the whole family, you can try Football Bowling, STICKIT Archery, the Game Show Game and many more. Axe Kicking’s true claim to fame, though, is they even have a mobile axe-throwing setup to bring the fun to you. No matter when and where your next big event is in NYC, Axe Kicking will go out of their way to keep things convenient – your schedule, your style of play.
