Tiger Sugar ist ein beliebter taiwanesischer Laden , der für seine „Dessert-Drinks“ bekannt ist, d. h. braunen Zucker-Bubble-Tea mit Sahne-Mousse, den er angeblich als erster in Asien hergestellt hat. Tiger Sugar empfiehlt, das Getränk vor dem Trinken 15 Mal zu schütteln, um die verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen gründlich zu vermischen. Dabei tropft der braune Zucker durch die Milch und verleiht dem Getränk seine charakteristischen „Tigerstreifen“ an den Seiten der Tasse.

Jedes Getränk wird auf Bestellung frisch zubereitet, und zusätzlich zu den üblichen Toppings werden auch nicht ganz so übliche Zutaten wie Chiasamen und Aloe angeboten.
