A Páscoa é um momento de reflexão e celebração para aqueles que têm herança judaica, quando a comunidade comemora o êxodo de seus ancestrais do Egito e o fim da escravidão para seu povo. Ela vem acompanhada de muitas tradições – desde a realização do Seder na primeira noite, com orações e alimentos simbólicos, até a leitura da história do Livro do Êxodo na Torá – e, é claro, muitos pratos deliciosos (sem fermento) que foram passados de geração em geração.
Este ano, a Páscoa começa ao pôr do sol de segunda-feira, 22 de abril , e termina ao pôr do sol de terça-feira, 30 de abril. Muitas instituições de Nova York têm cardápios especiais de Páscoa e guloseimas que você pode saborear pessoalmente ou levar para casa para comemorar o feriado com seus entes queridos.

1. Katz’s Deli, Lower East Side
O icônico restaurante da cidade de Nova York, Katz’s Deli, está oferecendo uma refeição de três pratos para a Páscoa este ano, que você pode pedir por meio de sua própria plataforma de entrega! 2. Bubby’s, Tribeca
O Bubby’s está fazendo de tudo para a Páscoa este ano! Começando com um jantar, você pode se juntar a eles em 22 ou 23 de abril para uma refeição de US$ 100 por pessoa. O menu de três pratos incluirá carne assada, fígado picado, ovos cozidos, sopa de bola de matzo e uma torta especial de frutas vermelhas com crosta de matzo! Nos dias 22 e 23 de abril, o Dagon, no UWS, oferecerá um menu especial de Seder com itens para celebrar a Páscoa. Um preço fixo de US$ 85 estará disponível, incluindo um prato seder, um aperitivo, uma entrada e uma sobremesa. 8. Barbounia, Gramercy
Esse restaurante mediterrâneo é conhecido principalmente por seus peixes frescos e pães, e é exatamente nisso que se concentra a atenção do cardápio de Páscoa.
