Saturday Night Live has been bringing celebrity hosts together with an award-winning cast to perform comedic sketches, satirical news and digital shorts, and musical acts for more than four decades. This year the beloved New York-based sketch comedy series is celebrating their 50th anniversary–the series aired on October 11th, 1975–and to celebrate they’ve had quite the lineup take to the stage.
And tomorrow night, Saturday, November 2nd, Midwest Princess, aka Chappell Roan, will perform on the show for the milestone season’s fifth episode (though hopefully she doesn’t cancel her appearance like she did at All Things Go festival). Comedian John Mulaney will host the episode.

If you haven’t added “watch SNL” to your weekend to-do list, we’d say you definitely will want to now! The good news is if you do miss it there are many more episodes still to come, though we’re not entirely sure what the full lineup looks like.
Over the years, cast members have included Jimmy Fallon, Will Ferrell, Seth Meyers, Eddie Murphy, Amy Poehler, Chris Rock, Maya Rudolph, Andy Samberg, Kristen Wiig, and many more. And don’t forget that each summer the SNL Ticket Lottery opens, giving NYers the chance to score free tickets to the show!
