Everyone loves the shops and food that make the holiday spirit come to life at Bryant Park’s Winter Village, but the most magical part is the incredible ice rink. So grab your skates and get ready to enjoy New York’s largest admission-free ice rink!
The 17,000-foot ice skating rink is completely outdoors and is NYC’s largest free-admission ice skating rink. Open daily from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. throughout the season, and on select weekends and holidays from 8 a.m. to midnight, skate sessions can be reserved in advance online.
Skate sessions will be released on a rolling basis throughout the season.
Not the best skater? No worries! The rink offers skate lessons for all ages and levels.
And beyond the skating the rink also hosts the wildly popular Bumper Cars on Ice (set to open in January 2024) and a Curling Café and igloos, which are already open for the season.
It’s free to skate at the Bryant Park ice rink, though those that need to rent skates can do so starting at $18. Skate aid rentals are available for $22, and helmet rentals are free.
