For two weekends this December, Black-Owned Brooklyn is hosting their very own holiday pop-up, featuring 50 local Black-owned brands for visitors to peruse when doing their holiday shopping.
The Jummy’s Picks Holiday Pop-Up will transform a 30,000 square-foot Atlantic Center storefront on December 10-11 and December 17-18 into the ultimate holiday market.
Vendors will be selling everything from apparel and accessories to home decor to wellness and beauty products. Some of the vendors include:
- Byas & Leon
- IndigoStyle Vintage
- Hey Girl Hey
- Moods by Yemmie
- In Good Conscience
- UNI. Rituals
- Brooklyn Lighthouse
- 2 Girls & a Cookshop
- Coquito Rico Beverage
And, of course, there will be tons of tasty nibbles along the way and relaxing lounge areas to take a load off once your shopping bags get too heavy.
Live DJ sets from Donwill, DJ Tara, Run P., and DJ Blue Monday will keep the energy at an all time high throughout the day, and there will even be friendly appearances by “Papa and Mama Soul Santa!”
If you’re unable to attend the market but would love some gift ideas, check out Black-Owned Brooklyn’s annual gift guide.
The holiday pop-up, located at 625 Atlantic Ave, Brooklyn, will take place on December 10-11 and December 17-18 from 11a.m. – 6p.m.
