Empowering the next generation
For over 43 years, Harlem Stage has been a preeminent global performing arts hub. Now, they are intentionally expanding that magic to younger audiences.
“We believe New York City’s children deserve the same adventurous, imaginative artistic experiences as our adult audiences,” shared Dr. Indira Etwaroo, CEO & Artistic Director of Harlem Stage.
Divinity Roxx, the venue’s newly appointed Associate Artistic Director, echoed that sentiment. She emphasized the importance of creating a space filled with wonder. “I celebrate music that inspires kids to dream bigger, express themselves and harness the power of their own voices,” she said.
