Many people look forward to the US Open each year, and for those who don’t get the chance to catch the game courtside, their eyes are seemingly glued to the TV from start to finish.
Luckily, we’re all on the same page here, and many spots around NYC stream the matches for all those sans tournament tickets!
So, while watching from a TV may not be exactly what you were hoping for, the drink and food specials that come along with a free livestream make it not so bad after all.
Here are some some places around NYC where you can eat, drink, and watch the US Open:
1. Recreation at The Moxy Downtown, FiDi
With the US Open right around the corner, the Recreation at The Moxy Downtown is the place to be. The retro bar is the perfect place to show off your winning serve in a game of ping pong (along with nostalgic selection of arcade games, board games, and skee ball) while enjoying cocktails and watching the pros on one of many flat screen TVS.

Watch parties will feature specialty cocktails created with Grey Goose Vodka, merch giveaways, interactive games, live DJs, and more.
With over 25 TVs, various seating sections (including picnic tables and private cabanas), and a state-of-the-art beach volleyball court, Bk Backyard Bar is the premier space to sit back and watch your favorite tennis players win the championship. Happy hour during the matches include half off the entire bar from 5 to 7 p.m.

NYC’s beloved Dante will be offering the legendary Honey Deuce cocktail in the US Open cups in partnership with Grey Goose, which guests can take home as a souvenir at the end of their experience. 6. Industry Kitchen, Seaport
The Seaport District’s Industry Kitchen is hosting watch parties of the US Open along with panoramic views of the Brooklyn skyline. There will be refreshing bites such as Ahi Tuna Nachos, Braised Short Rib Bao Buns, and Spanish Octopus to pair with a specialty cocktail made in honor of the occasion, the Green Goddess featuring Hendricks Gin, kiwi puree, elderflower, lime juice, and a dash of soda water.

Greenwich Village’s newest sports bar is throwing the US Open on the TV and offering endless food and drink options along with it. Located atop of the Sanctuary Hotel, Haven Rooftop will have the US Open matches showcased on 5 televisions kicking off on August 28th. Pando 39 will feature the US Open on 16 TVs and Pando Park, situated near the Empire State Building, will feature them on 7. To celebrate the occasion, Pando will be serving a specialty cocktail called The Minted Spritz with St Germain, Prosecco, Soda and Mint for $10.

10. Hudson Yards
The ESPN broadcast of the US Open Tennis Championships will be aired at Hudson Yards on the 30-Foot Big Screen outdoors at the Public Square & Gardens. Screenings are free for all and seating is open to the public on a first-come, first-serve basis. Visitors will be able to watch live tennis while overlooking the Hudson River and follow their favorite players throughout the tournament to find out who will be crowned champions.
Select match play sessions will be screened from August 31st to September 10th. The full schedule is as follows:

11. The Rockaway Hotel + Spa, Rockaway Beach
