Brooklyn may be leading the race in having the most breweries in New York City, but Manhattan’s one and only brewery is focused on expanding this spring!
Torch & Crown Brewing Company opened its doors recently and still holds the mantle as Manhattan’s only brewery and beer garden. After making its presence felt in SoHo, the brand is gearing up to pop up in two new locations this month – Union Square and Montauk.
Torch & Crown Union Square will feature a variety of hand-crafted drafts right in the Union Square Pavillion. The offerings include Almost Famous, a smooth, bright, aromatic hazy IPA packed with peach and grapefruit notes, and the summer seasonal Share House, an easy-drinking crisp ale made for summers out east.
From May 11th through November, the open-air, dog-friendly space will also have delicious biteswith season-specific ingredients sourced from Union Square’s famous Green Market that happens right outside the pavilion every week!
