Nick Jonas is hitting the Broadway stage, alongside co-star Adrienne Warren, in a production of Jason Robert Brown’s The Last Five Years. Although the production has been around for some years and even had a 2014 film adaptation, this is the first time it will be performed on Broadway.
This is not Jonas’ first time on the Broadway stage, after making appearances as a child on productions like Annie Get Your Gun, Beauty and the Beast, and Les Misérables.
As for Adrienne Warren, she’s a Tony Award-winner who’s graced audiences with her angelic vocals in Tina: The Tina Turner Musical, Bring It On: The Musical, and Shuffle Along.

The Last Five Years plot
The production follows the love story of two New Yorkers, Jamie (Jonas) and Cathy (Warren) over a five-year span. Cathy will begin her story with their breakup. Meanwhile, Jamie starts at their first kiss. Over the next 90 minutes, the two characters share their stories of falling in and out of love from their own perspectives.
The Last Five Years running dates
The Last Five Years will only run for 14 weeks. The limited duration is from April 6, 2025 through June 22, 2025.
