Pass the popcorn, please, please, please: a Sabrina Carpenter drive-in theater experience is popping up in NY this weekend, and you have a chance to get in on the excitement.
The “Espresso” crooner has teamed up with Apple Music for this brief, hush-hush happening, and you don’t want to miss the chance to throw your hat in the ring. Allow us to get you up to speed.
All about Sabrina Carpenter’s new single
“Espresso” was the song of the summer in 2024, and history is bound to repeat itself when the pop star debuts “Manchild” on June 5th at 8pm ET, according to Billboard. She’s been teasing the song’s release with a hazy-looking photo out in the dessert trying to hitch a ride.
There aren’t many details about the song, other than her nomad picture on social media. However, Sabrina is responsible for billboards along Interstate 69 that include cheeky messages like, “Amen” and “I swear they choose me, I’m not choosing them.” (Clever marketing tactix!)
She is, however, choosing to give her fans a unique experience in Upstate New York on Friday, June 6th. (It’s giving us Charli xcx pop-up vibes.)
How to get tickets to the Sabrina Carpenter drive-in theater
Until June 5th at 7pm ET, fans have the chance to submit their information to win two free tickets to the pop-up, drive-in theater. If they’re feeling extra adventurous, they can sign up for Sabrina’s newsletter for a chance to get a bonus ticket.
There are a few requirements participants must meet before signing up:
- They must be at least 18 years old
- They must reside in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut
Travel, accommodations, and any other expenses needed to get to the secret locale is up to those entering the contest. Those interested must submit their responses by Thursday, June 5th at 7pm, before the selections are drawn.
Universal Music Group will reach out to the winners with everything they need to know about the location and time of the experience.
There’s no time to waste, so enter for a chance to win, which we’re hoping we will. Please, Universe: don’t bring us to tears when we just did our makeup so nice.
