PopUp Bagels amassed a cult-following for their ripable and dipable bagels that went absolutey viral on social media. Though many believe their an NYC-born and bred company, the first PopUp Bagels shop actually opened in Connecticut by CEO and Founder, Adam Goldberg.
Their irresistible bagels didn’t get a permanent home in NYC until last year when their Greenwich Village location had opened. Now just shortly after, the team is opening up a second NYC location on the Upper West Side at 338 Columbus Avenue.
“Bringing PopUp Bagels to the Upper West Side is not just an expansion – it’s our way of further weaving into the fabric of one of the greatest food cities in the world…” said Goldberg.
Spanning 1,100 square feet, Upper West Siders will now be privy to the freshly-baked, mouthwatering bagels seven days a week! Bagels will be available for pre-order and walk up.
The official grand opening celebration will take place May 10-12th, so if you’re still stuck on what to do for Mother’s Day, why not take her for bagels!? Plus, the first 500 customers in line on Sunday, May 12th will receive their collaboration with Sticker Beans.
The entire opening weekend will be cause for celebration with special visits from beverage partners Wandering Bear Coffee (on Friday) and Saint James Ice Tea (on Saturday).
But the exciting expansion to the Upper West Side isn’t the only good news! PopUp Bagels plans to open another new location on the Upper East Side next month.
