The 8,000-square-foot arena is made from a synthetic material thats designed for metal skates. It’ll be the first outdoor skating activity for the island, and a unique experience for all visitors to skate on “ice” during the warm summer months.
Enjoy beautiful views of the Statue of Liberty as you skate! The rink will remain open through Oct. 31 with free weekday sessions from 10 a.m. until noon, and then $20 until 5 p.m. after on weekdays or 6 p.m. on weekends.
