The Making Strides Walk is more than just a charity event; it celebrates strength, unity, and hope.
Every October since the early 90s, Central Park has turned into a sea of pink ribbons and tutus as participants show out decked out in pink to show support for the cause, whether it be for a loved one in attendance, one who has passed on or those who may experience the life-altering disease in the future. Families, friends, survivors, and supporters join forces, creating a unique atmosphere of camaraderie.
This year, the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk is more accessible than ever! Aside from the main event in Central Park, there will be a walk in every borough, maximizing your opportunity to support a great cause!
