Just months after opening a massive Times Square flagship, popular Filipino fast food chain Jollibee is opening another enormous location in Queens, according to a press release.
The new location will span 2,717 square feet at 91-19 Queens Blvd in Flushing. According to Midwood Investment & Development, the company has signed a 10-year lease.
This will be the chain’s fifth NYC location, in addition to the four already operating stores across Queens and Manhattan. Currently, Jollibee has 62 existing U.S. locations, and more to come in the foreseeable future.
Jollibee chose 91-19 Queens Blvd as its new location due to its bustling daily traffic. The store will be situated across the way from Queens Center Mall. Therefore, the company hopes to reach a greater audience, including both shoppers and commuters alike.
Hungry visitors can expect all the usual menu items from family bucket meals to Jolly Spaghetti (spaghetti noodles topped with their signature sweet sauce, ham, ground meat and hot dog).
Though there is no set opening date for the new location, New Yorkers can get their fix at one of their other NYC locations in the meantime.
