NYC’s only parade of lights will return this month for the 125th Street Business Improvement District’s 30th anniversary of Harlem Holiday Lights.
The annual tradition gets bigger and brighter every year and the 2023 iteration will be no different! This year’s event will feature new activations, like ‘Singing Trees’ to pay tribute to Harlem’s diverse music genres while supporting Harlem businesses.
What is Harlem Holiday Lights?
Harlem Holiday Lights has been a seasonal street lighting tradition in the community for three decades. Before becoming “a moving illuminated showcase,” the event began as straightforward street decorations. 15 magical floats will illuminate the neighborhood in this year’s parade.
When is Harlem Holiday Lights?
The 30th annual Harlem Holiday Lights will return to Manhattan on Tuesday, November 14th. The city’s only parade of lights will kickoff at 6pm.
