One Michelin-starred dining go-to Don Angie has became quite the hot spot since its opening five years ago, and now it will offer New Yorkers even more space to enjoy a meal with an expansion.
Owned and operated by husband and wife Scott Tacinelli and Angie Rito, Don Angie is the result of their dream to open a small, special place where they could showcase their unique style of modern Italian American cuisine
Don Angie will take over the former Wallflower space right next door, located at 235 W. 12th Street. Though not much info has been released yet, the space will be transformed into a private intimate dining room, seating approximately 18 people with standing room for 20-25.
The space has yet to be named but will boast Don Angie’s signature Art Deco-leaning vibes, filled floor to ceiling with rich, warm accents tying in the style of the original restaurant.
This new dining space will likely open in late December of this year or early 2023.
Don Angie’s current address is 103 Greenwich Ave. They’re open Monday-Thursday 4:30p.m. – 10p.m. and Friday-Sunday 3:30p.m. – 10p.m.
