Gallow Green – auf dem Dach des McKittrick Hotels – verwandelt sich im Winter in eine warme Berghütte namens „The Hideout“. Die Hütte auf dem Dach ist von Kiefern umgeben, und im Inneren gibt es Glühwein, karierte Decken und Kissen, ein gemütliches Feuer und ein von den französischen Alpen inspiriertes Après-Ski-Menü. Sie können sogar eine Jurte mieten, während Sie Cocktails schlürfen und kleine Happen essen.
