Each year the rooftop bar at The McKittrick Hotel turns into a warm winter haven during the cold months, and now The Hideout at Gallow Green has reopened for the season!
Now open, Gallow Green yearly winter transformation transports you to the mountainsid where you’ll feel like you’re inside a personal cabin when you step into this rooftop lodge. A cozy little escape from the hectic city streets, you’ll discover a forest of pine trees when you arrive with an opening that leads you to the Hideout.
Warm up by the fireplace with a plaid blanket and sip on spiced hot cider or spiked hot chocolate.
You’ll find on the menu their signature cocktail Sleep No More, which includes pea flower-infused vodka, elderflower, and rosé cider; or their St. James Ward with whiskey, apple cider, amaro, cinnamon, ginger, and lemon. Aside from listed cocktails, there will be plenty of bourbon, whisky, and cider to enjoy while you cozy up to the fireplace.
As you sip, nibble on some of their comforting small plates or a pizza from their wood-burning oven; like their Mushroom one or Tarte Flambée.
