1. Jacques Torres
Jacques Torres Chocolate Shop is arguably one of the most famous of the chocolate shops in the city right now. With multiple locations across Manhattan, chocolate making classes and even a museum of chocolate, this place has a bit of everything!

2. Fine & Raw
Fine & Raw is both a chocolate factory and cafe in Bushwick. The chocolates are organic and plant-based so vegans, this is a great option for you. Plus, their chocolates are free of refined sugar (they use coconut sugar) making them *almost* guilt free!

3. Max Brenner
Max Brenner aka Chocolate by the Bald Man has locations in Philly and Boston as well. The chocolate pizza is out of this world! You can get a slice to go but we recommend sitting down for a chocolaty dinner.

4. Tache Artisan Chocolate
Two words: Chocolate. Cherries. Taches Artisan Chocolates opened their doors in 2012 and has been bringing the chocolate “A” game ever since. In addition to the delectable gourmet chocolates, they also offer chocolate making classes for both children and adults at their factory/ cafe in the Lower East Side.

Mariebelle specializes in luxury chocolates and their flagship doubles as a cacao bar and tea salon.

6. Li-Lac Chocolates
Li-Lac Chocolates is one of the oldest chocolatiers in NYC. They opened in 1923 and have been serving delicious chocolate covered almonds (among other varieties of chocolates) to sweet-toothed New Yorkers ever since.
