Chanukah On Ice Returns To Central Park’s Wollman Rink This Monday

This annual event, organized by Chabad of the West Side, was cancelled last year due to COVID-19 but now it’s back and bigger than ever for its 13th year.

Skate under the stars on the second night of Chanukah, Monday, November 29 from 6-9 p.m.

You’ll get to enjoy Jewish music all night long with special guest appearances throughout the night, complimentary kosher food including Chanukah classics like doughnuts and latkes, and a giant Ice Menorah — hand-carved by Bill Bywater — will be lit by a Jewish celebrity at the height of the festivities.

To keep everyone safe, they request that everyone over the age of 12 show either proof of vaccination, a recent PCR test, or get rapid tested at our venue. They will also be partnering with Lincoln Diagnostics who will be administering the rapid tests. Masks need to be worn inside the Club House at all times and they will be monitoring the flow of people inside as well.

You can RSVP online for $22 admission; $30 with skate rental, or at the door for $28 admission; $35 with skate rental.
