With summer’s end quickly approaching, it’s important to squeeze every last bit of summer magic into your agenda. And with tons of free performances, events and outdoor movies in NYC, there are endless ways to cross everything off of your bucket list.
This week specifically, Central Park will host free movie screenings between Sheep Meadow and the 72nd Street Cross Drive for the 20th Annual Central Park Conservancy Film Festival.
Screenings will begin Tuesday, August 15th through Friday, August 18th. The films will be presented by National Geographic, featuring a variety of documentaries.

People are welcome to show up before the films begin to enjoy pre-show programming and music. Gates officially open to the public at 6:30pm. Movie goers can register here.
