Summer is headed to NYC faster than the Rockaway Beach waves can crash, and we couldn’t be more excited for everything that the city’s warmest season has to offer.
From getting your fix of sun under the skyline and spending every possible second outdoors, to cooling off with museum days and trips to the beach without even leaving the boroughs, NYC has endless offerings to make for the perfect summer.
Downtown, endless events are ready to spill onto the waterfront at Brooklyn Bridge Park. From May through early fall, the park turns into a living calendar of outdoor concerts, sunset dance parties, stargazing nights, hands-on science, and spontaneous moments that make you forget you’re in the middle of one of the busiest cities in the world.
Whether you’re coming for a single event or planning to drift through the whole season, there’s something happening almost every day, often more than one thing at once. Nothing says a city summer like letting the waterfront guide your plans.
Here’s your ultimate guide to everything happening at Brooklyn Bridge Park this season.
