Everyone loves the nostalgia that cozying up under the stars for an outdoor movie brings, and now that al fresco season has arrived we can look forward to just that. Brooklyn Bridge Park’s Movies With A View, presented by Persol is returning for its 26th season–and this summer it’ll be bigger than usual!
The free activity is one of NYC’s most beloved outdoor screening series. On Thursday evenings in July and August, Brooklyn Bridge Park will roll out picnic blankets on the Pier 1 Harbor View Lawn for a night of classic films, East River breezes, and dazzling Manhattan skyline views.
Even more: the series is expanding this year with an additional family film night on Friday, September 18! Whether you’re looking for a free date night or a family-friendly night in the park, here’s every film you need to bookmark this summer.
