Diese protzige Dachterrasse ist noch relativ neu, aber perfekt für den Winter. Setzen Sie sich hoch über den Wolken in eines der roten Samtsofas, während Sie den Wind durch die bodentiefen Fenster wehen sehen und einen köstlichen Cocktail schlürfen. Das von José Andrés gegründete Kronjuwel befindet sich auf dem Dach des Ritz Carlton und ist zweifellos der perfekte Ort, um das Wetter zu beobachten. Sie müssen einfach hineingehen und sehen, was es mit dem Hype auf sich hat!

4. Bella Union Rooftop Bar, Kips Bay
Genießen Sie den Blick auf das Empire State Building und das Chrysler Building von der Rooftop-Bar im Bella Union! Das Mr. Purple erstreckt sich über zwei verschiedene Terrassen und bietet viele Sitzgelegenheiten sowohl im Freien als auch im gemütlichen Innenraum. Wenn die Nacht hereinbricht und die Skyline sichtbar wird, kann man draußen Lichterketten und drinnen dunkle, gemütliche Möbel sehen. Sobald es anfängt zu schneien, wird auf dem Dach auch eine winterliche Skihütte aufgebaut!

6. 230 Fifth Rooftop, Flatiron
Das 230 Fifth Rooftop ist das ganze Jahr über ein fester Bestandteil von NYC, aber in den kühleren Monaten ist es wohl das Beste. Vor allem, wenn sie ihre gemütlichen Iglus herausholen, in denen 4-10 Gäste Platz finden. Die Rooftop Igloo Bar ist auch nicht schlecht, aber bis es soweit ist, empfehlen wir einen Besuch, denn sie ist großartig.

7. Das ROOF im PUBLIC, SoHo
Das ROOF im Public Hotel ist wirklich das Beste aus zwei Welten. Wenn Sie die frische New Yorker Luft spüren wollen, können Sie es sich auf der Terrasse gemütlich machen, wo Feuerstellen und ein 360-Grad-Blick auf die Skyline auf Sie warten. Oder Sie entscheiden sich für den verglasten Innenraum, der dunkel und stimmungsvoll ist und von Glasfenstern umgeben wird! Dieses Jahr gibt es auch wieder die festlichen Iglus.

8. JIMMY, SoHo
Wenn Sie einen Blick auf Downtown werfen möchten, sollten Sie das JIMMY aufsuchen und einen der Herbstcocktails probieren, solange es sie noch gibt. Das Westlight in Williamsburg ist eine der, wenn nicht sogar die beste Rooftop-Bar in Brooklyn… und die Aussicht auf Manhattan, die man vom 22. Stock des The William Vale. Die Terrasse und die verglaste Lounge sind der perfekte Ort, um die Auswahl an seltenen Cocktails und kleinen Gerichten zu genießen. Und im Winter gibt es im obersten Stockwerk sogar Chalets und eine Eislaufbahn.

10. Magic Hour Rooftop, Midtown
Diese Dachterrasse ist vielleicht die Instagramm-tauglichste überhaupt! Das Moxy Times Square verwandelt seine Dachterrasse immer wieder in ein thematisches Wunderland, das mit einem Herbstkürbis ausgestattet ist. Setzen Sie sich unter die Wärmelampen im Freien und genießen Sie die festliche Aussicht auf das Empire State Building in dem gläsernen Raum (wenn es kalt genug ist).

Das Konzept für die Dachterrasse von Eataly’s SERRA by Birreria ändert sich ständig, und in der Herbstsaison verwandelt es sich in ein Meer aus orangefarbenem und rotem Laub! Unter festlichen orangefarbenen Vordächern bringt der Außenbereich die italienische Landschaft direkt zu Ihnen. Probieren Sie auf jeden Fall die Spezialität Fall Old Fashioned (Bourbon, Blutorangen-Amara, Gewürze und einfacher Sirup), wenn Sie dort sind.

Das Daintree ist das ganze Jahr über empfehlenswert, vor allem wegen der Aussicht und der Cocktails. Es gibt sogar ein Austern-Special, das wir zu jeder Jahreszeit gerne genießen! Außerdem werden dort oft Dachterrassen-Events und Partys veranstaltet, die immer eine gute Zeit sind. Die Rooftop-Bar Salon de Ning im The Peninsula New York verfügt über zwei Außenterrassen und eine intime Bar im Inneren. In der Weihnachtszeit wird außerdem das Wintererlebnis „Chalet de Ning“ mit den ikonischen, von Berghütten inspirierten Kuppeln sowie saisonalen Gerichten und Cocktails wieder eingeführt.

Diese reizvolle Dachterrasse verfügt über ein einziehbares Glasdach und Kamine im Freien, die es den Gästen ermöglichen, sich für einen Drink vor dem kalten Wetter zu verstecken! 18. Harriet’s Rooftop, DUMBO
Wenn Sie sich in DUMBO befinden, sollten Sie bei Harriet’s BK vorbeischauen. Im Winter gibt es dort normalerweise die Polar Lounge, eine Bar, die komplett aus Eis besteht, von den geschnitzten Tischen über die Sitzgelegenheiten bis hin zu den Getränkegläsern! In der Zwischenzeit können Sie dort täglich von 11 bis 23 Uhr „maßgeschneiderte Getränke und eklektische, asiatisch inspirierte leichte Snacks“ genießen.
