That’s because the stadium just revealed their new Yankee Stadium popcorn bucket that we literally need to get our hands on, and much to our delight it actually doesn’t cost $500!
The new souvenir item makes it possible to take Yankee Stadium home with you, as the popcorn bucket is, well, shaped just like the stadium. The new popcorn buckets were recently unveiled on Yankee Stadium’s Twitter account, alongside a Stadium souvenir cup.
And to our surprise purchasing the popcorn bucket actually won’t break the bank–it’s priced at $14.99, but the best part is that it comes with free refills until the seventh inning! Now we all know how long a baseball game can drag, and cheering for our team certainly works up quite the appetite. Pair that with the fact that it’s easy to spend hundreds of dollars on food and drinks at a stadium and we’d say this is a damn good deal.
Oh, and before you ask, no, the Stadium souvenir cup does not come with free refills.
Either way, both the Yankee Stadium popcorn bucket and souvenir cup are already proving to be a hit among fans, with many lining up to get their hands on one before taking to social media to post a selfie with their bucket. One fan wrote on Twitter, “I can confirm that the new @Yankees popcorn bucket for $14.99 is made solid and worth it.” Other fans who can’t make it to the stadium are going as far as to ask if anyone can mail them a popcorn bucket!
