Some people love to stare up at the majestic skyscrapers of New York City and take a few snaps to put on Instagram. But this dude, instead, likes to climb said skyscrapers and take his shots from over 1,000ft in the air looking down.
But James McNally, a 34-year-old photographer from Brooklyn, soon discovered that “climb” doesn’t pay (we’ll be here all week, ladies and gentlemen) after he was recently arrested for his rooftop antics.
Cops tracked him down using the multitude of photos and videos he’d been posting across YouTube and Instagram under the pseudonym Jamakiss for almost two years.
Despite now being incriminating evidence, these images are simply awesome.

There are too many awesome pictures on his Instagram account to share here. Go check them all out for yourself.
But anyway, enough of us glorifying this clearly criminal behaviour. McNally was arrested for two climbs: one at 70 Pine Street and the other at One57 in Midtown. He was charged with reckless endangerment and criminal mischief. He has been released without bail.
Still, doesn’t mean you can’t check out this sick (or certainly stomach-churning) video:
