Over the course of winter we saw many holiday-esque pop-ups appear…and disappear. Ones such as Miracle on Mace and the Holiday Cocktail Factory at NYLO NYC have already transformed back into the bars we know and love.
However, there are a few rooftop bars that are keeping up their wintry facades to get us through these cold days. Giving us all some extra time to check them out (or revisit) before the heat starts coming down on the city!
The Lodge at Gallow Green
You’ll feel like you’re inside a personal cabin when you step into this rooftop lodge. A cozy little escape from the hectic city streets. The rooftop will have a forest of pine tress, with an opening leading you to the ski cabin. It closes for the season on April 1, and will reopen as Gallow Green on April 20.
Eataly BAITA
High above Fifth Avenue, Birreria a rooftop restaurant and microbrewery offers amazing craft beer and food under the stars and skyline. Take a look at their Food and Beverage Menu and their Dessert Menu to see the delicious bites on offer. The BAITA pop-up will stay open until the end of April.
Igloos at 230 Fifth
230 Fifth created a wintertime oasis on their rooftop with the help of several igloo-shaped tents. The tents will stay up until the end of April and do fill up on a first come, first serve basis so if you want to check them out be sure to get there early!
