Yesterday we were all shocked and upset to hear of 2016’s latest victim, Star Wars legend, Carrie Fisher. The 60 year old actress and claimed writer, best known for her performance as Princess Leia, suffered a heart attack on a flight from London to Los Angeles last Friday.
Yesterday evening, Reddit user loveandpoprocks took it upon him/herself to organize a memorial in the city.
The memorial will take place today at 11:00 AM at Champion Pizzeria (17 Cleveland Place on the corner of Kenmare Street and Cleveland Place) and attendees are encouraged to dress up as their favorite Star Wars character.
