Hollywood’s biggest night is coming up this Sunday, The Oscars, and we couldn’t be anymore excited! Even though the famous awards will be handed out across the country in Los Angeles, us New Yorkers still have a chance to take in the glitz of the big night right here in the city. Who will you be rooting for this weekend? The Oscars at Metrograph 2025
Our beloved Lower East Side movie theater Metrograph will be screening Hollywood’s biggest night in multiple theaters this upcoming Sunday! Guests can watch the ceremony in either theater (Theater 2 is the quiet theater) or the Lobby while enjoying drinks and bites! No tickets are required for the theaters and lobby!
Members of Metrograph can reserve tables in the Commissary for added luxury at $100 per person minimum. The theater will also be giving out Oscar Night prizes valued up to $500 for guessing awards correctly, and you can download your ballot now.
Doors open at 5:30 pm with the live broadcast starting at 6:30 pm and show at 7 pm. Dress to impress!

Ultra-Mega Oscars 2025 at Nitehawk Cinema
Get the full movie theater experience at Nitehawk Cinema on Sunday for a special Oscars-themed viewing party and meal! There will be a red carpet at 6 pm, a screening of the show in Theaters 1 + 2, and themed food and beverage.

230 Fifth Rooftop Bar’s Oscar party will surely be unforgettable, complete with signature cocktails, gourmet bites, and breathtaking skyline views! The bar will be screening the awards on large screens indoors and offering a free cup of popcorn with each ticket sale!
Doors open at 6 pm with the show at 7 pm and tickets start at $20.

DRAG The Oscars at Roxy Cinema
The scorching hot Oscar viewing party returns to Roxy Cinema yet again with another evening of awards, drag, and champagne! RuPaul’s Drag Race star Xunami Muse and Glam Awards host Essa Noche are hosting an evening of fierce looks, shady commentary, Oscar-themed games, and of course the ceremony!
It’s an evening of entertainment in many ways, and there’s even going to be an exclusive Martini bar inside the theater, so you don’t need to miss any of the action. They’ll even be giving out a yearly membership to Roxy Cinema for the best dressed. Tickets are only $25 and it comes with a free glass of champagne!

Oscars Watch Party at Peck Slip Social
Watch Hollywood’s biggest night at Peck Slip Social with a cinematographer whose worked on films such as Kevin Smith’s Clerks III. The bar’s Oscar watch party will welcome co-owners Alex Davis and cinematographer Learan Kahanov as they stream the awards across three screens, including a mega 85-inch TV.
Expect bar bites from Chef Taylor Miller, Oscar cocktail specials, and over 100 whiskeys from their in-house drinks menu. No reservations and first-come first-served!

Dear Irving on Broadway is quite literally inspired by post-Great Depression Hollywood, so what better place to watch the Oscars? The rooftop lounge is hosting a view party on Sunday starting at 6 pm with a special special soirée before the awards kick off.
Red carpet looks are highly encouraged and there will be plenty of snacks, cocktails, and even a special photo booth to commemorate the night!
