If you’ve passed by Vanderbilt Avenue, between 42nd and 43rd Streets in the last year, then you can’t have missed the work going on there. Workers started demolishing an entire city block a year ago to make room for the gigantic new skyscraper, One Vanderbilt. The 65 Story (1.7-million-square-foot) mega structure will open it’s doors in 2020, and is sure to take it’s place among other NYC landmark buildings.
