Step aside pizza rat, there’s a new rodent in town…and not to be rude, but it’s much cuter. Only in New York will you find so many animals eating human food.
Earlier this week, a squirrel was spotted in the city casually munching on an egg roll—and it’s such a mood. (Not sure about you, but I certainly came into 2019 devouring my own share of egg rolls.) Not to mention, this chunky little squirrel looks like this probably isn’t their first time chowing down on an egg roll, or human food in general. I mean, look at how it’s holding the roll! It probably wasn’t all that easy to get the roll so high into the tree either.

The adorable rodent has already been titled the Egg Roll Squirrel and we’re so glad one New Yorker captured this private moment for the world to see.
