Visit the Guggenheim for only $1.50 on Thursday

To celebrate the birthday of its architect, Frank Lloyd Wright, the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum is offering you the chance to visit for only $1.50, 6% of the normal price.

The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum is, without a doubt, one of the world’s most prestigious museums. Even the building itself is iconic. The sweeping curved building stands out from its surroundings in the best way possible, and that’s thanks to its legendary architect Frank Lloyd Wright.

To celebrate Wright’s 150th birthday, on June 8, entrance to the art museum will be just $1.50. That’s a massive 94% discount.

The celebration doesn’t end there, there will be a range of activities offered in the month of June, including architecture-specific tours of the museum and family programs, the store will also feature new Wright-related merchandise, and yes, there will be a Frank Lloyd Wright impersonator there to take a selfie with you.
