Once the weather warms up us New Yorkers go feral for spending time outdoors, and all the city’s night markets make it easy to do so. And considering NYC is the third most vegan-friendly city in the world, we were definitely thankful when the city’s first ever vegan night market made its debut last year.
And it has officially returned for its second season this summer though in a different home this year–Columbus Circle.
Attracting both vegans and the vegan-curious alike, the market satisfied the taste buds of 3,000 hungry patrons each week with a diverse array of vegan bites.
Last year the market featured 25+ micro-businesses offering mouthwatering food and drink options, and this year’s lineup is just as tasty. Vendors include:
- BamuBamu Fire Club
- Black-Eyed Peas NYC
- Cha Thai LLC
- Emeye Ethiopian cuisine
- Matcha n’ More
- On fire Arepa
- Pinche vegana nyc
- Tacos el Guero
- Twisted Potato
- and more!
Whether you’re a seasoned vegan or just curious about the lifestyle, there’s something for everyone at the market! Learn more on their website.
