Manhattan’s largest food series Uptown Night Market is making its return to Harlem for the season this Thursday, April 13, and this year’s iteration is going to be bigger and better than ever before!
The market gathered together an average of a whopping 7k visitors per event in 2022, so the festival is now Under the Arches in West Harlem, providing an incredible atmosphere for visitors.
Operated by a small, diverse, majority female-lead team, the monthly market is meant to amplify the vibrancy of Harlem’s community, culture and food, as well as support its small businesses.
New Yorkers can head to the famous Harlem Arches on 12th Ave. and 133rd Street to get a taste of 70+ diverse vendors representing over 20 countries and the best offerings from Harlem’s rich African-American, African, Caribbean, Hispanic, and European culture.
Some vendors include:
- Perros Locos
- Mr. Chopped Cheese
- Harlem Hoopz
- Nadas Empanadas
- The Eggroll Queen LLC
- HangryDog
- Brooklyn Dim Sum Co.
- Pop Pins NYC
- and more!
And, after grabbing a bite to eat, you can sit back and enjoy diverse performances and various activities.
This night market is a monthly series that takes place on the second Thursday of the month, April to October, from 4p.m. to 10p.m., and a whopping 7,000 guests attend each event!
