Manhattan’s largest food series Uptown Night Market is making its return to Harlem Thursday, October 13th, and it’s doing so as a celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15th – October 15th).
Operated by a small, diverse, majority female-lead team, the monthly market is meant to amplify the vibrancy of Harlem’s community, culture and food, as well as support its small businesses.
New Yorkers can head to the famous Harlem Arches on 12th Ave. and 135th Street to get a taste of 70+ diverse vendors representing over 20 countries and the best offerings from Harlem’s rich African-American, African, Caribbean, Hispanic, and European culture.
Grab a bite to eat and then enjoy a full Hispanic musical lineup with Afro Dominicano, DJ Cosi, and Innato.
This night market is a monthly series that takes place on the second Thursday of the month, April to November, from 4p.m. to 10p.m., and a whopping 7,000 guests attend each event!
