It’s time we add one more holiday market to the list as Turnstyle NYC is once again hosting their annual holiday market–which is actually completely underground!
Turnstyle NYC is a full city block of eating and shopping connected to the 59th St-Columbus Circle station. There are seven street-level entrances to the market, and you don’t even need a MetroCard to enter.
This year’s holiday market features 17 kiosk vendors, selling a variety of goodies from jewelry and pottery to chocolates, lotions, and accessories, among other things.
Some of this year’s vendors include:
- Salted Baked Goods
- Hell’s Kitchen Hot Sauce
- NY Makers
- The Cheese Guy
- Simply Chickie
- And more!
There’s also a unique space called Popstart where up and coming first time entrepreneurs are featured. This space is shared by four vendors that change every two months.
The current vendors in this space include:
- Gabriela Ceballos Jewelry
- Enz’s
- Freshly Cut Boutique
- Tibet Tree of Life
The holiday market will run now through December 31—perfect for those last minute gifts you inevitably end up buying on your commute!
Turnstyle NYC in general is open year-round and includes 19 food vendors, 10 retail stores, and 10 kiosks. Joining the permanent list of vendors will be a pizza eatery, Chick’nCone, and Cruncheese, a new hot dog concept, all of which will open by Thursday, December 15.
The market is located beneath 8th Ave between 57th & 58th Streets. You can learn more on their website here.
