This labor day weekend Dominique Ansel Kitchen debuted it’s Crème de la Corn, caramel-corn ice cream on a buttered, salted and grilled corn on the cob. Today is your last chance to taste it.
At noon on Friday, the good folks at Dominique Ansel Kitchen launched Crème de la Corn. This treat is a buttery caramel-corn soft serve ice cream served on a salted and grilled corn on the cob. Sadly the item will disappear from the menu tomorrow so if you’re aching for some of this corny-salty-buttery treat, today is your last chance.
This isn’t a brand new creation, Crème de la Corn made its worldwide debut in Tokyo. Ansel, the father of the Cronut, was first introduced to the world in Dominique Ansel Kitchen Japan from July to September 2016.
Famed for his pastry and ice cream creations, Ansel won the summer with his Watermelon Soft Serve this year, and judging by his instagram, the Crème de la Corn is causing quite a stir too. Check it out:
Head on over to Dominique Ansel Kitchen at 12 pm at 137 7th Ave South (Btw 10th & Charles) to get your mitts on this special labor day treat!
