Tipsy Scoop, NYC’s beloved “barlour” (that’s bar-ice cream parlour) that serves as a one-stop-shop for booze and ice cream is teaming up with Murray’s Cheese for a new flavor combination that’s so incredibly strange we’re dying to try it.
The new collaboration has turned everyone’s favorite pairing–wine and cheese–into a sweet and boozy frozen treat!
Three new combinations have been released:
- Brie & Bubbles – Vanilla ice cream with roasted strawberries and Murray’s Double Crème Brie, infused with dry champagne
- Blue Cheese & Port – Pear ice cream infused with port wine and Murray’s Stilton
- Chardonnay & Goat Cheese – Vanilla honey ice cream with Westfield Farm Capri goat cheese, infused with chardonnay
And in typical Tipsy Scoop fashion, each flavor contains up to 5% ABV.
The flavors will be available in Tipsy Scoop’s three NY Barlours through November and December while supplies last. Murray’s will also sell the ice cream by the pint at their Greenwich Village shop (254 Bleecker St.) and by the scoop on the dessert menu at Murray’s Cheese Bar (28-30 Jackson Ave., LIC).
Those who don’t have the chance to make it down to any of the locations can also order a 3-pack now through New Year’s Eve exclusively at Tipsy Scoop’s website.
