It seems like a formula that the purveyors of fine eats in NYC roll out time and time again, [rainbow + food or drink] + quirky name = NYC’s latest food craze. Now, if you’re one of those people out there craving baked goods or drinks without all the food coloring, this story might not be for you… if you DO want to taste the rainbow, read on.

New Territories, a new ice cream shop in the lower east side that offers “traditional Hong Kong sweets with a bit of New York flavor”, is serving up “Unicorn Parade Milkshakes”; A mason jar full of  delicious milkshake goodness covered in sprinkles and garnished with marshmallows.
