From wisteria and cherry blossoms to sunflowers and lavender, the warm weather is allll about the florals–and this new rooftop pop-up is putting you right in the center of some pretty gorgeous blooms.
Famed LES bar and hangout The Flower Shop opened up a gorgeous pop-up at the Walker Hotel this past June, and it’s bringing pockets of greenery and gorgeous pops of color to NYC.
Situated on the hotel’s rooftop, the floral oasis is more than just a gorgeous spot with good vibes to hang with friends. With NYC’s iconic skyline as the backdrop, for the next few months guests can sip on refreshing cocktails perfect for summer, a few of which feature floral notes, such as The Pirate Rose, made with vodka, lime, mint, and rose petals.
Other refreshing offerings also include the Cucumber Gimlet, made with gin, fresh cucumber, and lime, along with a delicious pick-me-up for those late nights in the form of a Cold Brew Martini, made with vodka, cold brew, and cold brew liqueur.
And, staying true to the bar’s flagship offerings, guests also have their choice of wine, beer, and other spirits.
But the decor and energy of the space is what we’ve really been eyeing.
The Flower Shop, of course, brought their signature 70s nostalgia vibes to the space, along with endless bunches of flowers–from orchids to roses and everything in between–decorating the walls, bent into archways, atop stunning pergola-covered seating, and branched out around to the bar.
So, whether you’d rather smell your flowers or sip them, this pretty much seems like the place to be this summer.
The Flower Shop is blooming at the Walker Hotel rooftop for the next few months, so don’t miss your chance to surround yourself in a sea of florals, sip on refreshing cocktails, and soak in sweeping views of Manhattan from Tribeca while you can!
