Last week we wrote about the MTA’s initiative to deck out the subway for Halloween and it was actually pretty spooky! Take a look at some of the awesome pics from the event below.
The First Annual Haunted Subway took place last week at the 14th Street/Union Square stop. The MTA, in conjunction with the NYPD’s Transit Unit, transformed the stop into a Halloween inspired horror story, making the subway experience even more horrific than usual! They succeeded in their quest, even scaring some children to tears! Were they training them early for their future commute or just getting into the spirit of the holiday? Either way, they pulled it off and the scare tactics were great:
