Sushi lovers will have an extra day to explore the country’s largest sushi expo, Sushi-Con, returning to NYC this fall.
Alex Choi, CEO of True World Group (TWF) and President of Noble Fresh Cart said:
In response to the enthusiastic, overwhelming turnout at last year’s Sushi-Con, where we had more than 1700 attendees, we’ve extended the event to two days. This will give even more sushi fans the chance to experience the country’s largest tasting event for restaurant-quality sushi and Japanese delicacies.

When is Sushi-Con 2025?
Sushi-Con will be a two-day extravaganza this fall on September 6th and 7th. Ticket holders will be welcome each day from 12pm to 5pm.

How to get tickets & what’s included to Sushi-Con?

Tickets went on sale to Sushi-Con 2025 on July 16th. They can be purchased on the official Sushi-Con website. Currently all tickets are been sold out. However, Sushi-Con wrote on their website that they’ll notify the public if they release more tickets through their social media (@sushicon_official and @noblefreshcart)
