The award-winning series — which followed a group of strangers invited to play children’s games with deadly consequences — even ended up taking the title of Netflix’s “most watched series,” seen in over 142 million households across the globe. And don’t forget the memes, of course:
The historic Paris Theater in Midtown, now owned by Netflix, will be doing a special marathon screening the weekends of February 12 & 19 so you can experience all the drama again, alongside other obsessed fans.
Episodes 1-4 will be shown on Saturday, February 12, and episodes 5-9 will be screened on Saturday, February 19, both beginning at 12 p.m.
There will be an hour-long intermission each day, so you can grab a bite to eat and stretch your legs (and/or just have a heated discussion about Oh Il-Nam’s storyline).
Whether you want to re-binge the series, or if you’re somehow immune to peer pressure and completely avoided watching it the first time around, this is the perfect weekend activity.
