We never thought the day would come that we’d be telling you about a spaghetti disco party coming to NYC, but it is, in fact, happening!
This month the elegant yet funky lounge & nightclub Georgia Room will host a Spaghetti Disco, which they promise to be a night of “pasta, dancing and all-out disco fun,” so grab your plate and get ready to boogie down while slurping up pasta!
The spaghetti disco is brought to you by Bianca Bosso, the mastermind behind the brand BUNX, and if pasta-shaped fashion is your jam you’re in luck–Bosso will be there herself showcasing her latest collection of pasta-shaped jewelry and accessories.
But beyond the jewelry, the Spaghetti Disco is all about “embracing the flavors of Italy and taking a step back to the disco era of the ’70s,” according to BUNX’s website.
Arriving guests will be greeted with Prosecco and red wine–perfect for setting the mood for a night of Italian indulgence.
Guests should come dressed to impress–glitter, jewels, satin, and bright prints are encouraged–and prepare for a night of dancing under a glittering disco ball to DJ sets by AMALIE, PopSamCam, Bianca (DJing under her music alias BUNX), and disco legend Danilo Braca.
And, as promised, there will also be spaghetti: dance floor spaghetti served at 10 p.m. by Chef Torrin Emory to be exact, to ensure guests leave feeling pasta happy (vegan and gluten-free options will be available as well)!
The Spaghetti Disco will boogie down on Thursday, April 27, from 8 p.m. – late at the Georgia Room (23 Lexington Ave 2nd floor). More info can be found here.
