The globally renowned food festival Smorgasburg is set to return in early April, and its preparing to kickstart its 15th anniversary!
To celebrate, the annual food market is welcoming 20 brand new food vendors for the 2025 season, which range in cuisine from regions all over the world.
From Northern Chinese-style meat pies to French-Filipino fusion pastries, there’s plenty of new options to pick from.
Smorgasburg kicks off for the season during the first weekend of April, starting with the Oculus WTC location on Friday, April 4th. The Williamsburg market opens on Saturday, April 5th at the Marsha P. Johnson State Park, and the Prospect Park location in Brooklyn opens Sunday, April 6th.
The newly announced lineup joins a whole slew of returning vendors from previous years like Birria LES, Mao’s Bao, Red Hook Lobster Pound, and more.
