‘Salt Bae’ Finally Opens his Midtown Restaurant This Week
Nusret Gokce, the Turkish butcher and chef most famously known as “Salt Bae” is finally opening his NYC restaurant in Midtown.

The restaurant, Nusr-Et Steakhouse is the 13th location in the world, and 2nd in the US—in November he opened a space in Miami. Now, after much anticipation, his NYC location is set to open this Thursday, Jan. 18.

The steakhouse will be located at 60 West 53rd Street and feature a variety of menu options including steaks, beef filet, lamb, burgers, meatballs, sucuk (a barbecued Turkish sausage), salads, and sides. Although the doors haven’t opened just yet, the full menu can already be found on the restaurant’s website.
