Talk about luxury. Saks 5th Avenue went all out this year on their breathtaking window and light display.
A kick line of beautiful dancers, a light show that lit up the sky and the fabulous window display with their perfect mannequins and video accompaniment could only be pulled off the NYC retailing giant, Saks 5th Avenue. While Christmas window displays are a tradition for all the big name department stores like Bloomingdale’s, Lord and Taylor’s (sigh) and Henri Bendel (another sigh), Saks has set the bar high this year with their “Theater of Dreams” inspired show and display.
The idea behind this years holiday display is to highlight the glamour and grandeur behind all things Broadway- hence the show outside the flagship. If you missed the opening night, don’t fret, the light show will be happening throughout the holiday season until early January.
