Looks like we won’t be dancing on our own…
Robyn established herself as a long time icon in the queer community, ever since the release of her album Body Talk nearly a decade ago. With songs like Dancing On My Own and Call Your Girlfriend becoming instant hits and classics that have been repeated, re-done and sang aloud for many years, her legacy justified a music hiatus without being forgotten. To her fans’ excitement, the Swedish singer songwriter finally came out of hiding and dropped her latest album, Honey, in October 2018.
After stopping at Madison Square Garden during the first part of her Honey tour, her performance left fans in such a lively mood that they started a dance party (you read right) at Penn Station while waiting for the subway. The video spread rapidly and soon enough went viral, even Robyn herself reposted it on her instagram (that’s how you know you’ve made it!).

So here’s the fab news: Robyn’s coming back for another NYC concert as part two of her tour on July 19th at Barclays Center. Tickets are already on sale, so grab yours now before they sell out. We can’t wait for July… hopefully there’s another impromptu dance party somewhere 😉
